Every mode includes Podcast Groups, P3 privacy protection, episode notes with Markdown, Obsidian, and Nextcloud export, and the full playback engine. You never lose core functionality by choosing a more private mode. Pro is optional — the app works fully without it.

The watchOS app is a standalone player: it downloads and plays episodes on its own, with a sleep timer, playback speed, your configured skip intervals, and complications that show what is playing. Progress made on the watch is queued and delivered even if your iPhone is out of range.
